I know I’ve been a stranger around these parts, but there is a plan for that to change. The keyword is plan.
There’s been lots of living going on: seeds planted, new license plates, a visit from family from Texas and a handful of beautifully sunny days. You should say an “amen” to that last one because those are rare around here. People keep telling me to wait until the spring/summer. I’m still waiting…
On another note, I’m hosting a virtual Adoption Shower for my friend Ashley. She’s still living in Louisville so I couldn’t quite host a shower. This virtual shower was my solution. We are trying to grow their children’s library. While the shower was meant for people who already know Ashley, you should definitely visit her blog and search through her archives. She has written so openly about her infertility (she wrote an e-book) and their adoption process. Her words have already ministered to so many women; maybe they’ll minister to you as well.
